Everything you need to know about our Photography and videography services.
TRAVELING POLICY
Galleria Graphics Productions is available for travel to any destination to support your event. Based in Nacogdoches, Texas, we primarily serve East Texas and the surrounding regions, including Tyler, Longview, Marshall, Dallas, and Houston. Our travel fee is calculated at a rate starting at 95¢ per mile based on the driving distance from our home office. Please note that travel fees are waived for local events within Nacogdoches, Center, San Augustine, Lufkin and Diboll. For events located two hours or more from Nacogdoches, such as those in the Dallas or Houston areas, a standard hotel fee starting at $120 will be applied in addition to the mileage rate to cover overnight accommodations.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
To lock in your date, you’ll just need to pay a $500 deposit upfront. You can pay off the rest of your balance whenever you want, as long as it is fully paid one week before your big day. Just keep in mind that any extra add-ons you pick later will be handled separately from your main package quote.
refunds policy
Once you sign the contract, your deposit is non-refundable. We set that date aside just for you, so if you have to cancel, we aren’t able to give that money back.The only way we can return half of your money (50%) is if there is a major emergency or if we are unable to do our part of the job. In those cases, we will sit down and talk with you to figure things out.
WORK delivery
It usually takes us about 2 to 3 months to finish everything up, depending on how busy we are. Once your order is ready, you can come pick it up from us in person. If you can’t make it over here, don’t worry—we can mail it to you for free!
add-ons and extras
f you rent items from us, like a photo frame stand or a dress mannequin, you are responsible for making sure they don’t get damaged or lost during your event. If something does happen to them, a damage fee will be charged depending on the situation. For other extras like printed photos with frames, invitations, or centerpieces, these are charged separately from your main package. To get these, just head over to our SHOP page to add them to your booking. Note: All add-ons and extras must be added to your order at least 3 months before your event date.
SHOWCASING OUR WORK
We love showing off our work! Galleria Graphics Productions will only use your photos and videos to advertise our services, and this will be clearly stated in your contract. We promise never to share your content with anyone else for their own business or commercial use.By signing our contract, you give us permission to use your content for our marketing. However, if you aren’t comfortable with us using your work for our ads, just let us know and we can discuss it together.
